Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Please ensure you understand the products well when shopping, and feel free to use our expert support to clear up any technical questions. Packaging and shipping e-commerce shipping is an expensive and resource-intensive task. So we must avoid all kinds of potential errors of ordering incorrect products.

Some of the products in our collections are returnable within the practical return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page on 74cyclez.com.

After receiving the products, If you see any manufacturing defects, please report to us immediately, within a period of SEVEN (7) DAYS after product delivery, (This is applicable only for box pieces) with a valid reason for a product return adhering to the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Please note that you may have to bear return shipping costs and initiate the return shipment from your behalf with proper packaging and return of shipment received using the most reliable courier companies, addressing our shipping return center in Asaripallam, Nagercoil, India.

Return Methods

There are two simple ways to return products

  • Doorstep Pickup: We offer a paid pick up service across Kanyakumari District. This service is available at a flat fee of Rs 350.
  • Self Ship: If you would prefer to ship the product back to us or if we don’t offer a reverse pickup at your pin-code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse

To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in re-sellable condition
  • Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
  • Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with
  • You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
  • All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit.

EXCLUSIONS

Since our aim is to provide completely fitted cycle in and around kanyakumari district our delivery is done at door step by 74Cyclez representative itself, customers can do a complete check before receiving the product in hand, once handed no return policy is applicable for complete fitted cycles.

The following product categories cannot be Returned or Exchanged – Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Floor Pumps, Frame sets, Forks/Suspensions, Work Stands, Tool Kits, Car Racks, Suits, Bike Cases/Bags, Sunglasses & Smart watches.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for products sent back to us without a confirmation or approval from us to initiate a return of the product back to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of cash on Delivery inside kanyakumari District shipping charge will be deducted from the customers if the reason for rejecting the product is not valid.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
